You can study nursing management without an Abitur if you have completed an advanced training programme, have a master craftsman's certificate or have at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of professional experience.
The Nursing Management Bachelor's programme lasts for 36, 48 or 72 months, depending on which time model you choose. If you need more time and semesters for your studies, this is absolutely no problem.
If you have completed training as a state-recognised health and paediatric nurse, you can study Nursing Management at IU. The prerequisite is that you have worked full-time in a health profession for three years in addition to your training or, alternatively, that you have a master craftsman's certificate or advanced training.
